No downloads, no installs. PressTrak runs entirely in your browser — on desktop or mobile. Just go to presstrak.com/app and sign in. Your inventory is stored securely in the cloud, so you don't need to worry about device storage or losing data if you switch phones or computers.
Yes. PressTrak supports Google sign-in for fast, one-tap access. You can also sign up with an email address and password if you prefer — whichever works best for you.
Yes — an active internet connection is required to use PressTrak. Because your inventory lives in the cloud, the app needs to connect to load and save your data. There is no offline mode at this time. If you're accessing PressTrak on a mobile device, standard data rates from your carrier may apply.
Using the App
Absolutely. PressTrak is built mobile-first. It works great on your phone so you can update inventory right from the press floor — no need to run to a computer to log a press run or check what's in stock.
PressTrak covers the full scope of a heat press operation. You can track blank shirts and hoodies by size and color, heat transfers by type and design, completed/pressed shirts, and custom items like mugs, hats, beanies, or anything else you press. If it's in your shop, you can track it.
PressTrak supports all common transfer types — DTF transfers, plastisol ink transfers, sublimation transfers, and custom types you define yourself. You can organize transfers by design name, ink color, and quantity so you always know exactly what's on hand and what needs restocking.
Yes. The My Items tab lets you add custom inventory categories for anything outside of shirts and hoodies. Mugs, tumblers, hats, beanies, tote bags — if you press it, you can track it in PressTrak.
Head to the Completed tab and add your pressed shirts with the design, quantity, size, and color. PressTrak keeps a running count of your finished goods so you always know what's ready to sell or ship — separate from your raw blank inventory.
Yes. Each inventory tab includes sort and filter options so you can quickly find what you're looking for — whether that's a specific blank color, a transfer design, or a particular size. Search is also built in across all tabs.
PressTrak flags low-stock items automatically. When any inventory item drops below your threshold, you'll see a visual alert in the dashboard so you can reorder before you run out. No more discovering you're out of a key blank right before a big order.
Account & Data
Yes. Your inventory data is stored securely in the cloud and is only accessible to your account. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties. You can review our full Privacy Policy for details.
The free plan gives you access to the core inventory tracking tools — blanks, transfers, completed shirts, and custom items. The pro plan unlocks additional features and removes ads. Pro plan details are available inside the app. No credit card is required to start for free.
Currently each account manages one inventory workspace. If you run multiple brands, you can use separate accounts for each. Multi-workspace support is something we're exploring for the future — let us know if that's important to your operation.
PressTrak works on any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge — on both iOS and Android mobile devices as well as desktop and laptop computers. For the best mobile experience, Chrome or Safari on your phone works great.
