These Terms of Service govern your use of PressTrak, operated by Van To Ventures LLC. By using PressTrak, you agree to these terms.

Use of Service

PressTrak is an inventory management tool for heat press and transfer printing businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Free and Paid Tiers

• Free Tier: Access to core inventory features with advertisements displayed. Subject to reasonable usage limits.
• Paid Tier: Ad-free experience with full feature access. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer or copy the application
• Use the service to store or transmit harmful content

Your Data

You own all inventory data you enter into PressTrak. We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export your data at any time using the built-in export feature.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

Payments and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

Limitation of Liability

PressTrak and Van To Ventures LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
